- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) education
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Technical Writer
- Experience in document management
- Ability to translate application flows into technical documents
- Familiar with Jira & Confluence tools
- Proficient in system and business process analysis
- Good communication skills
