Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for providing to the Management and business teams legal counsel and support
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating various commercial agreements
- Advising on compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to the business activities of the company
- Perform research on legal issues
- Handle legal administration, include maintaining and performing all necessary legal reporting
- Liaising and communicating with third parties such as external legal counsels and the authorities
- Undertaking such other responsibilities as may be assigned by the Management from time to time
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law or its equivalent
- At least 8 years post qualifying experience either as a practicing lawyer or as an in-house legal counsel with minimum 2 years experience in capacity as an assistant manager
- Attention to detail and strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as a team player
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Willing to be placed in Karawaci and mobile if needed
