PT Darya-Varia Laboratoria Tbk (“Darya-Varia”) was established in 1976 as a domestic investment pharmaceutical company. In November 1994, Darya-Varia listed its shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with the stock ticker code of DVLA. Currently, Darya-Varia operates two manufacturing plants in Gunung Putri and Citeureup that have met the international standards of current Good Manufacturing Practice (c-GMP) and standards set by the National Agency of Drug and Food Control (BPOM). Darya-Varia always ensures the quality and safety of each product. All products of the Company are halal certified. All plant facilities owned by Darya-Varia have implemented the halal assurance system.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan


  • Handle end-to-end HR Operations administrative task 
  • - Process monthly payroll (collect, verify, and input payroll data including attendance, overtime, allowances, and deductions)
  • - Administer employee benefits, Medical claim, medical insurance, BPJS, and related documentation
  • - Maintain and update accurate 201 employee files (physical & digital)
  • - Manage expatriate documentation (KITAS, IMTA, visa, SKTT, RPTKA, etc.)
  • - Provide administrative support to HR Business Partners 
  • - Support internal HR projects, employee engagement programs, and audits
  • - Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies

- Strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and organizational skills

- Able to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Able to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of HRIS is a plus

- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
