Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead the development of 3D design projects from concept to final render (booth, event activation, product visualization, stage design, etc.)
- Translate client briefs into creative 3D executions that align with campaign objectives
- Collaborate closely with creative directors, art directors, and project managers to deliver high-impact visual experiences
- Provide guidance and quality control for junior designers and freelancers
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and production techniques
- Min. 4–5 years of experience in 3D design, ideally in an agency or production environment
- Proficient in 3D tools
- Strong command of rendering software
- Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong portfolio showcasing spatial/installation design, retail display, booth, or event setups
- Able to work under tight deadlines while maintaining quality
- Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive team player
- Plus: Experience in motion or animation is a big advantage
