Deskripsi Pekerjaan
PT. United Family Food is a confectionery company; committed to continuously serve the best products and service to our customers. We are looking for talented and passionate members to become part of our company.
💼Responsibilities:
- Conduct sampling of incoming OEM products based on Mil. Std. 105.
- Perform organoleptic inspections on OEM products.
- Coordinate with the QC Laboratory for physical, chemical, and microbiological analyses.
- Monitor the contract manufacturing (maklon) process, including incoming RM/PM, production processes, and finished goods.
- Prepare QC reports for product inspection results.
- Assist in preparing supporting documents required for OEM and monitor retain samples.
- Report to the QAQC OEM Supervisor if any non-conformities are found in either the product or the process.
- Coordinate with OEM partners regarding product quality.
🔍Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Quality Control within the food and beverage manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of quality standards, inspection procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently in a dynamic operational environment.
- Willingness to be based at the Head Office (HO) and travel regularly for business visits to maklon locations and to Cikande.
