Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Promotion & Stock Management: Managing the end-to-end setup of promotional campaigns within the system. This includes performing necessary stock adjustments and allocations to support promotions and prevent overselling.
Digital Asset Management: Uploading, managing, and ensuring the timely deployment of promotional banners and other visual assets on the company's digital platforms (e.g., website homepage, app).
Cross-Functional Coordination: Serving as the primary liaison between different internal departments (such as commercial, operations, and creative teams) to coordinate and streamline all aspects of promotion preparation and execution.
Marketing Liaison: Acting as the key point of contact for the Marketing team to ensure that campaign requirements are met and implemented accurately and on schedule.
Budget Monitoring: Tracking and monitoring the promotional budget to ensure all campaigns are executed within the allocated financial limits.

1-3 years of experience in a similar role (Campaign Management, Promotion Management, and/or Trade Marketing)
Previous exposure in handling e-commerce, e-groceries, or supermarket
Good analytical and strategic thinking, communication, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across departments
Willing to work on a 4-month contractual basis
