Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Teach Mandarin to students at various levels, including Primary 1-6, following the Singapore Cambridge curriculum.
- Develop and deliver engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning needs and styles.
- Provide constructive feedback and assessments to track students’ progress and areas for improvement.
- Create a positive, interactive, and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create holistic and personalized learning plans.
- Support students in language acquisition and cultural understanding.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to grow in teaching expertise.
- Excellent Mandarin skills, both written and spoken.
- Minimum HSK 4 certificate (an advantage for fresh graduates).
- Minimum HSK 5 certificate (an advantage for senior-level laoshi).
- Passionate about working with children and capable of creating an engaging classroom experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and creative in developing teaching materials.
- Responsible and a strong team player.
- Able to communicate effectively with both children and parents.
