Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage end-to-end IT project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closing).
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, infrastructure, security, and vendors.
- Translate business requirements into project scope, timeline, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk logs, and status reports.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and IT governance standards.
- Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular project updates to management.
- Ensure system implementation aligns with security, data protection, and audit requirements.
- Support UAT, SIT, deployment, and post-implementation review activities.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in IT Project Management.
- Experience handling IT projects in banking or financial services (preferably Sharia banking).
- Proven experience managing medium-scale IT projects with multiple stakeholders.
Technical & Functional Skills
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Waterfall & Agile/Scrum).
- Experience managing projects related to core banking, digital banking, middleware, or regulatory systems.
- Familiar with SIT, UAT, release management, and change management processes.
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure, application development, and system integration.
