Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist with the preparation and organization of audit documentation, ensuring all relevant financial records are complete and properly filed.
- Assist with the daily management of financial documents, ensuring they are accurately recorded and organized.
- Help track and document financial transactions.
- Support in generating and organizing basic financial reports related to payments, audits, and other accounting processes.
- Assist in entering financial data into accounting systems and help reconcile discrepancies in documentation.
- Ensure proper filing and storage of financial documents, both physical and digital, to maintain organized records.
- Work closely with the finance team to support ongoing financial operations and help with various ad-hoc tasks as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications; experience with accounting software is a plus.
- Strong ability to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial data and documentation.
- Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to interact effectively with team members.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
