Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist the creation regulatory reporting to the regulator (OJK);
- Support and provide regulator advices and related-supports to others Department and Division according to the policies and regulations of regulatory agencies such as OJK/AFPI, conduct research, and suggestions on relevant laws;
- Timely follow up the regulatory emails, especially the compliance handling of complaints;
- Assist the relevant work of other departments to accurately meet the regulatory requirements;
- Support and assist the develop a professional network and influence within the applicable associations and regulators.
- Undergraduate students, preferably in 7th or 8th semester with minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00 from Law or any related major (Fresh Graduate are welcome);
- Fluent in both oral and written English;
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
- Good knowledge of and familiarity with corporate and commercial law, employment, and data protection law considered an asset;
- Strong organizational, communication and relationship-building skills;
- Excellent analytical skills with the capacity of identifying all risks and proactively choosing the best solutions.
