Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Plan, execute, and evaluate offline educational programs such as workshops, classes, seminars, and training sessions.
- Manage scheduling for offline programs and coordinate with tutors for smooth program delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs, collecting feedback from participants.
- Supervise and support program coordinators, facilitators, and support staff. Provide training and development.
- Contribute to the improvement of operational workflows within study abroad mentoring program.
- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, partners, and stakeholders to promote programs.
- Ensure all programs comply with regulations and safety standards.
- Serve as the primary contact for handling complaints related to offline programs and services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year in operations management, preferably in an educational or edutech environment.
- Understanding of educational content, offline program operations, and stakeholder management.
- Project management and scheduling.
- Budget management and financial tracking for program execution.
- Data analysis for evaluating program effectiveness.
- Ability to adapt quickly.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Willingness to work onsite at our Jakarta head office, remotely, or in a hybrid arrangement based on operational needs.
