Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Analyze and improve lead time and cost across all legs (first mile, sortation, linehaul, last mile).
- Identify process bottlenecks and lead cross-functional improvement initiatives.
- Design and implement changes to the logistics network to enhance delivery SLA and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (linehaul, sort, last mile, FM) to align performance targets and processes.
- Benchmark internal network metrics against industry standards and identify gaps.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in logistics network planning, supply chain optimization, or operations excellence.
- Proven track record of driving improvements across logistics functions.
- Solid understanding of network design, routing, and SLA optimization.
Preferred Qualification
- Strong analytical and program management skills.
- Experience in stakeholder alignment across multiple logistics functions.
