Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist in performing daily inventory audits and validations at the hub level.
- Conduct physical stock checks and reconcile with system data.
- Support the validation of inbound, outbound, and internal inventory movements.
- Generate and maintain accurate daily audit reports, highlighting key findings, trends, and risk areas.
- Perform basic data analysis to track recurring issues and support decision-making.
- Manage and coordinate field staff at each hub to ensure daily tasks are executed accurately and efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with inventory processes, especially cycle count and stock reconciliation.
- Prior experience in retail or grocery operations is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Willing to work on-site at hub locations and adapt to a dynamic operational environment.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative working attitude.
