Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage relationships with existing hosts and on-camera talent, including negotiating contracts and ensuring alignment with our brand messaging and goals.
- Collaborate with the Live and Video Production teams to develop creative concepts and talent-driven content ideas.
- Work closely with the Account Executive team and other departments to ensure on-camera content is transformed into high-quality material.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to talent management, including scheduling, coordinating shoots, briefing product knowledge and scripts, assigning hosts and talent to ongoing projects, handling payments, and updating the contact database.
- Possess experience as a host, radio announcer, MC, presenter, or in a similar role (preferred but not mandatory).
- Maintain a presentable appearance and demonstrate confidence on camera.
- Display a cheerful, energetic, and confident personality.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and pitching skills.
- Learn quickly, remain open to flexible working hours, and be willing to work in shifts (5 days per week).
- Be willing to work from the office (WFO) at Green Office Park, BSD, Tangerang.
- Commit to an internship period of at least three months or longer.
