Job Description:
We are looking for someone who wants to learn more about supply chain. You will join a passionate and highly motivated team who will be in charge to make sure our customers are able to get anything they need and fast through 100% stock availability and accuracy.
As our Astronaut, you will be doing:
- Manage stock level and product level per category availability in multiple hubs and warehouses to achieve low out-of-stock and minimize potential loss sales
- Manage inventory days per stock level on hubs and warehouses to optimize occupancy level through close monitoring
- Actively working with Commercial & Operations for distribution process,
- In charge of creating forecast order and supply/delivery order per warehouse level
- Maintain occupancy warehouse and hub
In order to launch successfully, you need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in any major
- Prior experience in supply chain, fulfillment, and/or inventory management is a plus
- Interested in Supply Chain operations especially in the Retail and e-Commerce industry
- Technical skills and knowledge in Microsoft Excel (Advance), Gsuite, and any business process/projects management tools such as ERP
- Strong analytical skills
- Agile and has a huge sense of ownership
- Good communication skill
- Excellent reporting capabilities
