Deskripsi Pekerjaan
We are seeking a skilled Senior MEP Engineer to manage and oversee the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems at Japfa The Learning Center. Candidate will ensure the seamless operation, maintenance, and efficiency of HVAC, electrical, fire protection, and plumbing systems while complying with safety regulations and sustainability standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, Installation & Maintenance:
- Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems in JTLC.
- Ensure that all MEP systems operate efficiently to provide optimal guest comfort and minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting to reduce operational disruptions.
- Collaborate with contractors and vendors for the installation and upgrade of MEP equipment.
Energy Efficiency & Sustainability:
- Implement energy-saving initiatives to enhance JTLC sustainability and reduce utility costs.
- Monitor and optimize HVAC and electrical systems for efficiency and performance.
- Ensure compliance with LEED, ASHRAE, and other environmental regulations.
Project Management & Coordination:
- Work closely with architects, civil engineers, and interior designers on JTLC renovations and expansions.
- Manage MEP-related budgets, procurement, and vendor negotiations.
- Supervise on-site MEP work to ensure it meets quality, safety, and timeline requirements.
