Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage operational administration for events and provide support to the production team.
- Coordinate business trips for the external and internal team, including transportation, accommodation, and scheduling.
- Prepare internal documents such as Material Requests (MR), expense claims, travel request, delivery notes, and other supporting documents.
- Monitor and control the availability of event equipment, tools, and vehicles.
- Ensure all event documents and assets are properly organized and recorded.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational execution of events.
- Minimum D3/S1 in Administration, Management, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in project administration or event support.
- Familiar with operational administration, travel arrangements, and logistics control.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internal company systems.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills, proactive, and able to work in a team.
- Strong coordination and asset tracking skills.
