Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage multiple new product development projects for PHG to achieve targeted product readiness.
- Oversee multiple projects related to existing products for PHG.
- Coordinate project management activities for NPD in collaboration with cross-functional teams such as R&D, QC, QA, HRA, and Production to ensure timely project completion.
- Lead regular monthly coordination meetings (NPCM – New Product Coordination Meeting), including preparation, scheduling, facilitation, and minutes distribution.
- Conduct patent searches and mapping to minimize risks in the NPD process.
- Manage BE studies and collaborate closely with Portfolio Management, Medical Affairs, and R&D teams.
- Monitor project and product planning progress in alignment with the Portfolio Management team.
- Monitor and resolve issues related to existing products.
- Support the Marketing team in managing product launch processes.
- Collaborate with Portfolio Management, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Supply Chain Management, Commercial, and other related teams to execute project strategies.
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (Pharmacist).
2. Strong understanding of business processes in New Product Development.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
4. Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively.
5. 1–2 years of experience at Supervisor/Associate level.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English.
7. Advanced proficiency in English.
8. Strong analytical skills and creative thinking.
9. Ability to multitask and deliver within targeted timelines.<...
