Deskripsi Pekerjaan
We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Officer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing digital strategies to boost our online presence, drive engagement, and maximize performance across platforms.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan and run digital campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok and more
- Monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance to improve results
- Conduct keyword research and optimize campaigns weekly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content
- Use tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Optimize, and Meta Business Suite to gain insights and drive growth
- Provide marketing insights and strategic recommendations to help guide brand direction and improve digital performance
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Social Media Marketing or Online Advertising
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools
- Experience in a digital or advertising agency is a strong advantage
- Analytical and creative mindset with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Adaptable to a fast-paced, growing brand environment
Working Style:
This is a hybrid position. You’ll only need to come to our Cipete (South Jakarta) office once a week or once every two weeks, depending on the agreement later
