Deskripsi Pekerjaan
What You Will Do:
- Post job openings on job boards, careers pages, and social media platforms
- Screen resumes and assist with initial candidate outreach under recruiter guidance
- Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars between candidates and interviewers
- Help track candidate pipeline stages and recruitment metrics
- Coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding logistics for new hires (e.g., system access, welcome kits, documentation)
- Act as a point of contact for employee questions about benefits, policies, and processes
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with local labor laws
- Maintain employee records and documents in the HRIS with accuracy and confidentiality
- Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed for compliance and management
- Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Maintain a clean, organized, and functional office environment
- Help with documentation, filing, and maintaining company records
Person We Are Looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Min 1–2 years of experience as an People Operations, HR Generalist, Junior Recruiter or in a similar HR role and preferably in a tech or fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high attention to detail
- Familiarity with talent acquisition and onboarding processes
- Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace & MS. Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Full WFO at Wisma 46
