SmileWorks is a premium dental clinic in Jakarta, well-known for its focus on restorative and aesthetic dentistry. We serve clients who value high-quality care, elegance, and transformation. We’re currently looking for a Female Patient Realations to join our growing Customer Experience Team.
Job Description:
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and via phone/chat.
- Handle patient registration, appointment booking, and data entry into the system.
- Provide information regarding clinic services, doctor schedules, and general procedures.
- Manage patient complaints politely and relay concerns to the appropriate team.
- Assist in payment processes and patient rescheduling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and waiting area.
- Coordinate with doctors and nurses to ensure smooth service flow.
- Conduct follow-ups with patients after treatment when necessary.
Requirements:
- Female, maximum age 30 years old.
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK); Diploma/Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year experience in front office or customer service roles, preferably in clinics, hospitals, or the hospitality industry.
- Well-groomed and presentable appearance.
- Excellent communication skills, friendly attitude, and strong empathy toward patients.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, WhatsApp Business, Google Calendar).
- Willing to work in shifts and on public holidays if needed.
- Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team.
