As a KOL Specialist, you will:
- Develop and implement strategies for influencer marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and engagement.
- Identify, research, and recruit Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers aligned with the brand's image and target audience.
- Manage end-to-end collaborations, including contract negotiations, content planning, and campaign execution.
- Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of KOL campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Handle administrative tasks such as drafting agreements, processing payments, and maintaining detailed records of collaborations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging influencers in the beauty sector.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience managing KOL collaborations, including handling agreements, payments, and campaign execution.
- Proven experience in the beauty industry, with a strong network of beauty influencers being a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and tracking tools to evaluate campaign performance.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta
