Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Identify, recruit, and maintain relationships with talent (hosts/on-camera personalities) for TikTok content, including designing strategies for talent acquisition and management.
- Manage relationships with existing hosts and talent, including contract negotiations and ensuring all content aligns with our brand messaging and goals.
- Collaborate with the live and video production teams to develop creative concepts and host-driven content ideas.
- Work closely with the Account Executive team and other departments to ensure on-camera content is translated into high-quality video output.
- Analyse the performance of host content or live stream host performance through key metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in influencer marketing, social media content creation, and talent hosting.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to talent management, such as scheduling, coordinating shoots, briefing product knowledge and scripts, managing payments, and updating the talent contact database.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with talent and external partners.
- Be responsible and committed to managing and delivering multiple ongoing projects.
- Show attention to detail, be well-organised, and capable of multitasking effectively.
- Possess strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Have a solid understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok.
- Apply a data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and act on insights.
- Be willing to work on-site at our office in Green Office Park, BSD, Tangerang.
