Deskripsi Pekerjaan
At Timkado, we empower businesses to engage customers through personalized WhatsApp campaigns at scale. We’re looking for a technically skilled and proactive Junior Software Technical Support Analyst to assist our clients and support internal campaign operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Help clients build targeted mailing lists and tag contacts for WhatsApp messaging campaigns
- Query and manage data from our PostgreSQL tagging and campaign databases
- Write SQL queries and build scripts to automate mailing list generation and campaign workflows
- Monitor, measure, and report on campaign response rates and performance metrics
- Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for tagging logic, contact segmentation, and delivery issues
- Work closely with our product and engineering teams to improve campaign operations
- Strong SQL skills and experience writing complex queries
- Ability to automate processes using scripts (e.g., JavaScript/Node.js scripting)
- Background in software development, ideally in a support, tools, or automation role
- Familiarity with our tech stack: React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and support a fast-paced SaaS product
Nice to Have
- Experience with WhatsApp Business API or similar campaign platforms
- Knowledge of customer segmentation, tagging systems, or CRM tools
