Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for servicing the product after purchase
- Visit customers and perform a walk-thru of the facility, and gather the information that will aid in a successful implementation
- Guide the product team from the company to perform the implementation at the customer’s facility
- Render onsite training to the customer during implementation
- Provide after implementation call to the customer’s facility to review the project and identify any gaps that may exist
- Serve as a backup resource to the sales team for online/Onsite demonstrations of the product
- Perform product training for the sales team
- Respond to customer-submitted support requests as needed
- Partake in product development meetings to comprehend new functionalities and provide reports on customer feedback
- Travel to customer facilities as necessary for implementations.
- Proven experience in product implementation, customer service, or similar roles in a technical environment.
- Prior experience with technology products and understanding of product implementation processes.
- Experience in providing onsite training and support to customers.
- Knowledge of product setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand new product features and technical systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address customer issues or gaps in implementation.
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Ability to conduct product training for customers and internal teams (e.g., sales teams).
