Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and reports in compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting principles.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment processing, and reconciliation.
- Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings and compliance requirements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support internal and external audits by providing requested information and assisting with audit preparation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial schedules.
- Assist with ad-hoc finance and accounting projects as assigned.
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
- Minimal 2 years of working experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Fluent in both oral and written English, Chinese is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
