Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Support weekly and monthly demand forecasts using historical sales data and market trends.
- Work with the Commercial team to align promotions and campaigns with demand forecasts.
- Analyze demand data to identify trends, forecast accuracy, and inventory risks.
- Support report and presentation preparation related to demand planning.
- Assist in maintaining accurate demand data and basic forecasting tools.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Work Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Demand Planning or a similar role.
- Experience in F&B, FMCG, or retail is a plus.
Technical Skill
- Basic understanding of demand forecasting methods.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Experience with forecasting or ERP systems is an advantage.
Preferred Skill
- Good communication skills.
- Strong time management.
- Able to work well in a team.
