Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Key Responsibilities
- Key point of contact for accommodation suppliers in
- Negotiate the best contracting conditions with suppliers and contract renewals
- Acquiring new portfolios
- Negotiating campaigns and improving allotment availability
- Monitor the differentiated product to ensure it reaches the maximum results.
- Ensuring hotel contents are up to date
- Analyze and identify trends and opportunity
- Conduct monthly reviews with accommodation suppliers
- Review rates comparison
Requirements:
- Locally based in Surabaya
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Having at least 2 years of experience in a similar position in the travel industry.
- Well organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects & tight deadlines.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, strategic & creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Good computer application skills (Google Sheets, Google Workspace).
- Excellent general cultural knowledge
