Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Formulate business development strategies
- Identify key target clients for a prioritized list of prospective partners.
- Develop tailored proposals and pitches to potential clients
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, project and finance) to craft value propositions
- Participate in contracts negotiation and agreements to obtain project acquisitions.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscapes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, resulting in long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably within the infrastructure, engineering, or sustainability sectors.
- English language proficiency
- Business development and market penetration strategies
- Strong skills in drafting compelling business proposals and presentations.
- Understanding of sustainable infrastructure solutions
- Ability to interpret sales and market data to inform strategy.
- Understanding of digital tools to support lead generation and market outreach.
