Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Plan, organize, and manage multi-disciplinary construction/maintenance work
- Oversee materials validation to ensure conformance with specifications
- Monitor, assess, and record construction performance and activities
- Inspect ongoing work for compliance with standards and requirements
- Maintain and repair building units
- Diagnose issues, provide corrective solutions, and estimate costs
- Prepare and assemble required work setups
- Meet with clients regarding repair/maintenance needs
- Keep detailed and accurate records of work progress
- Knowledge of construction practices, project management, and controls
- Familiar with scheduling, cost estimating, documentation, contract administration, and construction techniques
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Min. 1 year of experience in real estate development, project management, architecture, engineering, or construction management
- Able to communicate professionally with contractors, owners, and subconsultants
- High attention to detail, proactive, and able to work under pressure
- Fast learner with a ‘no task is too small’ attitude
- Knowledge of AutoCAD & architectural/planning is a plus
- Have driver’s license and own transportation
