- Translate business goals into a product marketing strategy and roadmap, and organize the team for effective execution.
- Analyze market and customer data to design a comprehensive 360 marketing strategy for growth.
- Develop marketing strategies aligned with brand identity and the product lifecycle for impactful activities.
- Communicate market research and product performance analysis to relevant teams for strategic synergy.
- Build strategic partnerships to deliver customer value effectively.
- Manage product marketing operations and ensure strategy implementation for goal achievement.
- Stay updated on market trends and continuously improve to provide relevant customer value.
- Report on product performance and evaluate marketing effectiveness to ensure efficient budget use.
Does it match your criteria?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communication, or Pharmacy
- 6–7 years in brand or product marketing
- Experience in FMCG or beauty industry
- Skilled in data literacy, 360 marketing, digital marketing, and market research
