Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist the Branch Manager to control and monitoring sales activities in order to reach those targets.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the store's sales team, motivating them to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and brand awareness
- Oversee the store's financial performance, including monitoring budgets, analysing sales data, and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
- Assist in the training and development of store personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Participate in regular meetings with the management team to discuss store performance and strategize for future growth
- Minimum graduate of SMA/SMK or equivalent
- Fluency in Mandarin, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
