Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist the Application Support team in processing support tickets
- Validating their completeness
- Coordinating with Developers when necessary
- Supporting root cause analysis and support innovations through to the User Acceptance Test (UAT) and live production.
- Final Student Information Technology, Information System, Computer Science, or related field
- Familiar with PostgreSQL and Oracle
- Have a good communication, attention to detail, and analystical skills
- High curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies
- Willing to join 12 months of internship duration with commitment
