Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Description
- Execute the work of the account payable operations to ensure a timely and accurate disbursement process
- Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
- Controlling and monitoring both AP days and long outstanding AP
- Ensure the accuracy of an organization’s financial documents for payment, auditing, and tax purposes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 2 years working experience as Account Payable Officer
- Good understanding of basic bookkeeping and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Ms. Office preferably Ms. Excel
- Fast-paced adaptability and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and time management
